Ingredients

  • All Purpose Flour -3 Cups
  • Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
  • Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
  • White Sugar -1 cup
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Salt-1/2 Teaspoon or According to Taste
  • Melted Unsalted Butter - 1 cup
  • Brown Sugar - 1 cup
  • Semi Sweet Chocolate Chunk - 1 cup
  • Milk Chocolate - 1 cup
  • Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  • 1 Take a bowl, and add together the flour, cornstarch, salt and baking soda until blended.
  • 2 Pour the melted butter and add two types of sugars into a stand mixer, attach the paddle and beat it on a medium speed until it is combined well.
  • 3 Then add the eggs and vanilla along with a couple large spoonful's of the flour mixture, and again combine well.
  • 4 Now, keep the paddle attachment on low speed and mix the remaining flour in two additions, and do not over mix it as cookies will become tough.
  • 5 And add semi sweet chocolate chunks, and finely chopped milk chocolate, and mix it well.
  • 6 Take the 11 x 17 inches baking sheets which are lined with parchment paper and drop the dough in 3 tablespoon sized scoops.
  • 7 Place 4 balls of dough on each sheet and press them slightly to spread.
  • 8 Bake the cookies at 350 degrees up to 14 minutes for each tray or until they are golden brown.
  • 9 Once they are baked leave them on the tray for 8 more minutes to cool and then transfer them to wire racks.
  • 10 So that, you can prevent the cookies from breakage while your dispatching them from the sheet.
