Ingredients

  • All Purpose Flour - 2 cups
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Eggs - 2
  • Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Butter - 1/2 cup
  • Buttermilk - 1 3/4 cups

Instructions

  • 1 Making of Plain Waffles.
    • 1 Take a waffle iron and preheat it.
    • 2 Now, take a large bowl and add baking powder, flour, sugar, and salt then stir it well.
    • 3 Once after stirring it well now add eggs, vanilla extract, melted butter, and buttermilk. Stir it again until everything is well combined.
    • 4 If you want your waffle in Belgian style add 1/2 cup of batter to the preheated waffle iron.
    • 5 If you want the American-style waffle then add 1/3 cup of batter to the preheated waffle iron.
    • 6 Cook it and serve with your favorite toppings like maple syrup and others.
