Ingredients
- 200g Wheat Flour
- 4g Butter
- 7g Sugar
- 4g Dry Yeast
- 1L Water
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Soda
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 3g Salt
Instructions

1 Take flour, salt, sugar, and dry yeast in a mixing bowl and mix them thoroughly.

2 Add required amount of water to it and knead the dough.

3 Apply butter to the dough and knead for 15 minutes until smooth.

4 Apply cooking oil to the surface and cover the dough for 50 to 60 minutes and allow it to ferment.

5 After fermation process, divide it into 3 equal parts.

6 Shape the dough using a rolling pan.

7 Place them on a foil and cover to ferment for another 20 minutes.

8 Add baking soda and honey to the boiling water.

9 Blanch the molded dough for 30 seconds.

10 Bake them for 20 minutes in the oven and serve.
