Ingredients

  • 200g Wheat Flour
  • 4g Butter
  • 7g Sugar
  • 4g Dry Yeast
  • 1L Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Baking Soda
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 3g Salt

Instructions

  • 1 Take flour, salt, sugar, and dry yeast in a mixing bowl and mix them thoroughly.
  • 2 Add required amount of water to it and knead the dough.
  • 3 Apply butter to the dough and knead for 15 minutes until smooth.
  • 4 Apply cooking oil to the surface and cover the dough for 50 to 60 minutes and allow it to ferment.
  • 5 After fermation process, divide it into 3 equal parts.
  • 6 Shape the dough using a rolling pan.
  • 7 Place them on a foil and cover to ferment for another 20 minutes.
  • 8 Add baking soda and honey to the boiling water.
  • 9 Blanch the molded dough for 30 seconds.
  • 10 Bake them for 20 minutes in the oven and serve.
