1 Learn How To Make Buttermilk Biscuits
- 1 For baking the biscuits the initial step to take is preheating. So keep the oven to 425F and preheat it for some time.
- 2 Meanwhile, start making the dough for biscuits. To do that, take a food processor and add all dry ingredients like flour, baking powder, and salt, and combine them well in one pulse.
- 3 Add cubed & cold butter to that mixture and pulse until it forms like coarse crumbs. Take out the mixture into a large bowl.
- 4 Now, add the wet ingredients in the center of the mixture and give it a good stir with a spatula until all the ingredients mix well.
- 5 On the kitchen top, sprinkle some flour and place the dough. Spread the dough into a rough rectangle with 1-inch thickness.
- 6 Next is the folding process, for that, fold one side into the center and then the other side horizontally. Flatten the dough gently and do this process six times.
- 7 After the folding process, flatten the dough into a rectangular shape with 1/2 inch thickness.
- 8 Cut the dough into 8 biscuits in a round shape using the biscuit cutter or floured glass.
- 9 Take the baking sheet and layer it with parchment paper to place the biscuits without touching them. Spread the buttermilk on them with the help of a brush before baking.
- 10 Place this baking sheet into the preheated oven using safety gloves and bake the biscuits for 15 minutes or till it changes to golden brown color on the top side of the biscuits.
- 11 Take them out of the oven and spread butter on top of the biscuits.

- 5 Combine well and put the chicken patty in the mixture on both sides and let set for 5 minutes.
- 6 Fry the chicken in a cast iron skillet. For frying, fill the peanut oil about 1/2 inch deep and heat the oil to 350F. Place the chicken cutlet in the hot oil and cook it for 2-3 minutes on each side one after the other.
