Ingredients

  • Ingredients for fresh homemade Taco Bell Burrito Supreme with Seasoned Beef
    • Large Flour Tortilla (burrito-sized): 1
    • Lean Ground Beef: 1/2 pound
    • Taco Seasoning Mix: 1 packet (1 ounce)
    • Water: 1/4 cup
    • Cooked and drained Pinto beans (or black beans): 1/2 cup
    • Shredded Lettuce: 1/4 cup
    • Diced Tomatoes: 2 tablespoons
    • Diced Onions: 2 tablespoons
    • Shredded Cheddar Cheese: 2 tablespoons
    • Sour Cream: 2 tablespoons
    • Guacamole: 2 tablespoons
    • Sliced jalapeños (optional)
    • Chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  • 1 Direction To prepare Taco Bell Burrito Supreme with Seasoned Beef At home
    • 1 In a skillet over medium heat, cook the lean ground beef until fully browned and crumbled. Drain any excess fat.
    • 2 Add the taco seasoning mix and 1/4 cup of water to the cooked beef. Mix well and simmer for a few minutes until the beef is coated with the seasoning.
    • 3 Warm the flour tortilla by heating it in a dry skillet for about 10-15 seconds on each side or microwave it for a few seconds.
    • 4 To assemble the burrito, place the warmed tortilla on a clean surface.
    • 5 In the center of the tortilla, layer the seasoned beef, cooked and drained pinto beans, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and diced onions.

    • 7 To fold the burrito, fold the sides over the filling, then fold the bottom flap up and tightly roll the burrito from bottom to top.
