Ingredients

    • Chicken wings: 20 pieces (about 4 lbs)
    • All-purpose flour: 1 cup
    • Corn-starch: 1/2 cup
    • Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
    • Salt: 1 teaspoon (As per taste)
    • Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
    • Paprika: 1/2 teaspoon
    • Garlic powder: 1/2 teaspoon
    • Cold water: 1 cup
    • Vegetable oil: for frying

Instructions

  • 1 Direction To prepare Batter-dipped & Fried Chicken Wing, with skin At home
    • 1 Preheat Oil: Fill a deep fryer or a heavy pot with vegetable oil to a depth of about 2-3 inches. Preheat the oil to 350°F (175°C).
    • 2 Prepare Chicken Wings: Rinse the chicken wings and pat them dry with paper towels.
