Ingredients

  • Minced Beef - 450g
  • Ground Paprika - 1/2 tbsp
  • Chopped Tomatoes - 200g
  • Nacho Cheese Sauce -100g
  • Flour Tortillas - 8
  • Ground Black Pepper - According to taste
  • Ground Cumin - 1/2 tbsp
  • Grated Cheddar - 200g
  • Vegetable Oil - 1tbsp
  • Shredded Lettuce - 150g
  • Chili Powder - 1 tsp
  • Taco Shells - flour
  • Sour Cream - 250g

Instructions

  • 1 Seasoning Beef
    • 1 Take a large nonstick skillet and place it on the stove on medium heat then season with spices that were given in the ingredients.
    • 2 Then take a wooden spoon and cook it until no longer pink by separating the beef into small chunks.
    • 3 Cook it like that for 6 minutes.
    • 4 Finally, drain the remained fat and clean the skillet with the wipes. Keep the seasoned beef aside.
  • 2 Making Tortillas Ready
    • 1 Take 4 tortillas from 8 and stack them.
    • 2 Then place a taco shell in the center of the tortillas.
    • 3 Now, take a pairing knife and cut the shape of taco shells.
    • 4 Finally, you will get 4 smaller tortilla rounds.
  • 3 Making Crunchwraps
    • 1 Take the remaining four tortillas and place them on the clean smooth surface of the kitchen countertop.
    • 2 Add a scoop of beef in the middle of the tortilla and drizzle some cheese sauce over that minced beef.
    • 3 Then place a taco shell on top and spread the cream over the taco shell and place lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
    • 4 Next place the tortilla cutout on the top and tightly fold the edges of the large tortilla toward the center on the top of the cutout.
    • 5 Quickly without leaving the tortilla invert it.
    • 6 Repeat the same process.
  • 4 Baking crunwraps
    • 1 Heat some oil in the skillet on medium heat .
    • 2 Add the inverted tortilla in the same way, onto the skillet leave it for 3 minutes and again flip it and fry it for 3 more minutes.
    • 3 Repeat the same process with the remaining.
