Ingredients

  • All-Purpose-Flour : 4 Cups
  • Yeast : 1 Teaspoon
  • Italian Seasoning : 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt : 1 Teaspoon
  • Sugar : 1 Teaspoon
  • Olive Oil : 1 Teaspoon
  • Fried Sausage : 1 Cup
  • Mozzarella cheese : 1 Cup

Instructions

  • 1 To prepare the dough, combine the salt, sugar, flour, and yeast mixture. Knead the dough steadily until it is fluffy and flexible. Allow it to rest for an hour.
  • 2 Roll the dough into a ball and throw it in the oven to pre-bake.
  • 3 Spread barbecue sauce on the first layer of dough.
  • 4 Place grated cheese on top. Finally, top with additional cheese.
  • 5 Place it in the over for 20-25 minutes, remove it from the over and serve.
