Ingredients

  • For Tartar Sauce
    • Heavy Cream - 1/2 tsp
    • Milk - 1/2 tsp
    • Mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
    • Minced Capers - 1 tsp
    • Minced Yellow Onion - 1/2 tsp
    • Lemon Juice - 1/4 tsp
    • Granulated Sugar -1/12 tsp
    • Chopped Parsley - 1 tsp
    • Pepper, salt - According to taste
    • Sweet Pickle relish - 1/8 cup
  • For Marinating Fish Fillets
    • Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
    • Breadcrumbs - 1cup
    • Fish Fillets -2
    • Egg White - 1
    • All-purpose Flour - 2 tsp
    • Vegetable Oil - 2 and half cups
  • Sandwich
    • Ham Burger Buns - 2
    • American Cheese slices - 2

Instructions

  • 1 Making Tartar Sauce
    • 1 To make the tartar sauce, take a bowl and combine all the ingredients that we have mentioned in the ingredients list for tartar sauce and mix it well. Add salt and pepper according to the taste.
  • 2 Marinating and Cooking Fish Fillets
    • 1 Firstly, take the fish fillets that are cleaned up and add lemon juice, salt, and pepper then wait for 5 minutes.
    • 2 Keep the oil for deep frying on the stove.
    • 3 Then beat the egg white in a separate bowl until it is foamy while the fish fillets are marinating.
    • 4 Keep the bread crumbs aside on a plate.
    • 5 Now, add salt and pepper along with that add all-purpose flour, and make it a batter by combining well with water.
    • 6 Take the marinated fish fillets now, dip them in the batter and roll it in the bread crumbs and add it to the oil which you kept for deep frying.
    • 7 Wait until they are golden brown and take it out.
  • 3 Making Complete Sandwich
    • 1 Take the sandwich bun and make it into half and toast them seperately.
    • 2 Spread the tartar sauce on both sides of the bun.
    • 3 Now place the fish fillet on the lower bun and add American cheese to that fillet.
    • 4 Close the sandwich with the Upper bun.
