Ingredients

  • Vegetable Oil : 2 tablespoon
  • Grounded Beef : 2 pounds
  • Chopped celery
  • Tomatoes : 14 ounce
  • Tomato Sause : 1/2 Can
  • Kidney Beans, undrained : 1 (14 ounce) Can
  • Pinto beans, undrained : 1 (14 ounce) Can
  • White Vinegar : 1-2 tablespoon
  • Diced tomatoes with Green chiles
  • Water : 1 cup
  • Salt and Black pepper as per taste

Instructions

  • 1 Start heating the vegetable oil in a large utensil over medium-high heat. Press ground beef into the hot oil to form one large patty of beef; keep it down until it's brown, at least 8 to 10 minutes.
  • 2 Stir and break brown beef into small pieces after that cook until it is no longer pink, about 8 minutes longer.
  • 3 Then we have to stir the celery and onions into the beef and cook until the onion is translucent about 5 minutes.
  • 4 Pour in tomatoes, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes with green chiles, and water.
  • 5 Break apart large chunks of tomatoes. Stir in chili seasoning. Stir in kidney and pinto beans.
  • 6 We have to season Wendy's chili with salt and black pepper.
  • 7 Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, and simmer for 1 hour.
  • 8 Mix properly white vinegar into chili just before serving as per your taste.
