Ingredients

  • Ingredients for McDonald's Breakfast Sausage Burrito
    • Pork sausage mild : 1/2 Pound
    • Olive oil : 1 teaspoon
    • Yellow onion diced : 1/2 Cup
    • fresh tomatoes diced : 1/4 Cup
    • Green chilies : 1 Teaspoon
    • Six-inch tortillas : 4
    • Eggs : 4
    • Cheese slices : 8
    • Salsa : 1/2 Cup

Instructions

  • 1 Direction to make McDonald's Breakfast Sausage Burrito
    • 1 Crumble and fry pig sausage, stirring and separating the meat so that it cooks in small pieces. Remove from the heat and drain any extra grease.
    • 2 In a pan, heat some olive oil and add the onion, green chilies, and tomatoes. Cook until the vegetables are tender (approximately 5 minutes), then add the sausages again.
    • 3 Add the eggs to the pan along with the sausage mixture. Cook, tossing often, until they are fully cooked and seasoned with salt and pepper.
    • 4 To assemble, cook the wrap in a skillet over medium heat and top with the salsa and cheese, then heat until the cheese melts. Roll the tortillas in the mixture and serve.
