Ingredients
- 1 large peeled potato
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 to 4 tablespoons of cooking oil
Instructions

1 Grate peeled potato into ice cold water. Turn the potato around and around in the bowl until the water turns cloudy.

2 Now, drain the potato into a cloth or mesh. Squeeze the total water in it.

3 Add egg, salt and pepper to the potatoes. Mix all of them together.

4 Heat the oil pan on a medium to high heat. Take a small amount of the dough and palm on your hands into the shape you eant.

5 Now drop each hash brown into the oil and cook them on medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes. When they turn golden brown coor on both sides, take them off.
