Ingredients

For MCMuffin
- English Muffins - 4
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- American Cheese Slices - 4
- Eggs - 4

For Sausage Patties
- Ground Pork - 1 lb
- Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
- salt - 3/4 teaspoon
- onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
- Freshly ground black pepper - 3/4 teaspoon
Instructions

1 Firstly, take a bowl and add all the ingredients that is needed to make sausage patties and mix them well.

2 Now, divide the sausage into 4 patties some bigger than the muffin size as it will shrink after cooking.

3 Take a skillet and keep it on the stove on medium low heat and add some butter or oil to it and wait until the oil or butter is heated up.

4 Once it is heated, then add the patties to the pan and let it cook for 2-3 minutes on one side and flip to the other side and do the same.

5 Finally, patties should be cooked and turn into brown. So cook it accordingly as we cannot tell you the exact time because cooking time depends on the thickness of the patty.

6 Now, while they are cooking, take another skillet and place it on the other stove on medium heat.

7 Take the egg ring or canning lids screw side up and crack an egg into it. And mix the yolk with white using a fork.

8 Cook until the eggs are set and cooked well.

9 Remove them from the rings gently.

10 Once cooking sausage patties and cooking eggs are completed. Toast the English muffins using a toaster by splitting them into two halves.

11 After that, take the base of english muffin and place the cheese slice, patty and egg then cover it with the other half.
