Ingredients

  • Ingredients for McDonald's Sausage McGriddles
    • Pancake Mix : 1 Cup
    • Water : 1 Cup
    • Eggs : 6
    • Breakfast Sausage : 16
    • Cooking spray or oil
    • Salt : To taste
    • Pepper : To taste
  • Equipments required for McDonald's Sausage McGriddles
    • Mixing Bowl
    • Spatula
    • Two Skillets

Instructions

  • 1 Direction to make McDonald's Sausage McGriddles
    • 1 Heat the skillet and when it is still hot, coat it with cooking spray or oil.
    • 2 Now add the pancake mix in the mixing bowl. Add 1 cup water in it. Add additional water or mix until the consistency is a little bit thicker.
    • 3 Take the batter in a scoop and make 3-4 inch pancakes on the skillet. Cook it until there are bubbles on the side, then flip and cook for an additional 1 minute or until it's brown. Repeat this process untill all the pancakes are done.
    • 4 Open the tube of breakfast sausage and make 6 patties out of it. Sprinkle patties with salt and pepper. On the other skillet, cook the patties until there internal temperature reaches 160 degree or until they are brown.
    • 5 Creack the eggs into the mixing bowl and beat the eggs until everything is combined. Cook the eggs on a hot skillet and set aside.
    • 6 After cooking the pancakes, sausages and eggs, start assembling the sandwich.
    • 7 First place the pancake on the plate. Now add the sausage and the eggs on top. Finally make it into a sandwich and repeat the process until all the sandwiches are made. Serve fresh with a drizzle of maple syrup.
