- Olive Oil: 2 Tablespoons
- Cloves Garlic, Minced: 2
- Dried Thyme: 1 Teaspoon

- Salt: 1/2 Teaspoon

- Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
-
1 Direction To prepare Roasted Chicken Breast, without skin At home
- 1 Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- 2 Rinse the chicken breast halves under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- 3 In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form a paste.
- 4 Place the chicken breasts on a baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
- 5 Rub the olive oil and herb mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated.
- 6 Let the seasoned chicken rest at room temperature for about 10 minutes. During this step, the flavors permeate the meat, infusing it with delicious taste.
- 7 Once the chicken has marinated, place the baking dish or skillet in the preheated oven.
- 8 Roast the chicken for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) when tested with a meat thermometer. The cooking time may differ based on the thickness of the chicken breasts.
- 9 Once the chicken is fully cooked, remove it from the oven and cover it loosely with foil. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes, allowing the juices to redistribute throughout the meat.
- 10 Optionally, garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges for a zesty touch.
