- 3 large eggs
- Extra-virgin olive oil or butter
- 1 teaspoon milk
- Salt
- Fresh black pepper
- Chopped fresh chives

1 Steps to Make Scrambled Eggs
- 1 Break the eggs in a mixing bowl and add the milk or water to it.
- 2 Whisk them until smooth texture appears.
- 3 Grease the pan with oil or butter. Bring to medium heat.
- 4 Pour the eggs mixture and allow them to cook for few minutes without stirring. Pull a rubber spatula across the bottom of the pan to form large and soft eggs curds.
- 5 Countinue cooking eggs on medium low heat and stir them occassionally. Scrape the spatula along the bottom and sides of the pan to form more curdles and prevent eggs from drying out.
- 6 Remove the pan from the heat and season with salt and pepper. Finally garnish it with fresh chives.
