Ingredients

  • Ingredients for Broccoli, boiled
    • Small heads broccoli : 2
    • Water : 2 Cups
    • Salt
  • Seasoning for Broccoli, boiled
    • Extra virgin olive oil : 2 Tablespoon
    • Lemon zest : 2 Teaspoon
    • Kosher salt : 1/2 Teaspoon
    • Black pepper : 1/4 Teaspoon

Instructions

  • 1 Direction to make Broccoli, boiled
    • 1 Take some water in a large pot, add salt in it and bring it to a boil. Cut broccolli into bite size pieces.
    • 2 Add broccolli into the boiling water and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Drain immediately into a serving bowl.
    • 3 Add olive oil, lemon zest, salt and black pepper for seasoning and toss so that it get mixed properly. Serve.
