Ingredients

  • Ingredients for Crust
    • All-purpose flour : 1 1/2 Cup
    • Milk : 2/3 Cup
    • Butter : 6 Tablespoon
    • Salt : 1/8 Teaspoon
    • Baking Powder : 1/8 Teaspoon
  • Ingredients for Filling and Topping
    • Dried oregano : 1/8 Teaspoon
    • Dried parsley : 1/2 Teaspoon
    • Garlic powder : 1/8 Teaspoon
    • Milk : 1/4 Cup
    • Pepperoni
    • Mozzarella cheese
    • Pasta sauce

Instructions

  • 1 Direction to make Hot Pockets Sandwiches Pepperoni Pizza
    • 1 Combine the salt, baking powder, and flour in the bowl of a stand mixer. Add the butter. Stir in the milk using a spoon. Knead the dough for 5 minutes, adding extra flour as needed (just until it doesn't stick to the sides of the bowl). Do not exceed a cup, and add flour by the tablespoon until the mixture is nonsticky.)
    • 2 Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour, covered. Roll out the dough into a 20 by 12-inch rectangle on a lightly floured board.
    • 3 Cut the dough into 8 squares, each about 5 by 6-inches in size. Fill each square with your preferred filling and pinch the sides together to seal the dough.
    • 4 Refrigerate the pockets for 30 minutes on parchment paper.
    • 5 Brush the hot pockets with milk and top with oregano, garlic powder, and parsley. Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
