Ingredients

  • Diced Red Potatoes - 5
  • Chopped Carrots - 1 cup
  • Milk -2 cups
  • Frozen Peas - 1 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Cream of Chicken Soup - 28 oz
  • Shredded Rotisserie Chicken - 1
  • Salt and Pepper - According to Taste
  • Puff Pastry Dough - 2 sheets

Instructions

  • 1 Firstly as we have potatoes, and carrots, boil them. After that add frozen or fresh peas in them and keep them aside.
  • 2 Take a pot and add the milk, sugar, and soup then place it on a stove in medium low heat.
  • 3 Meanwhile, preheat the oven at 400 degrees F.
  • 4 Once the pot got into simmer, add chicken, boiled potatoes, peas and carrots until they get warm and stirring is compulsory while they get warm.
  • 5 Take foil tins of 5-6 inches and line them with the first sheet of puff pastry and scoop the mixture into the shells.
  • 6 Moisten the edges of pastry dough and top the tins with the second sheet of pastry dough.
  • 7 Press the edges to seal it and bake it in the preheated oven for 18 minutes.
  • 8 After that serve them and enjoy!!!
