Ingredients

    • Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts: 2
    • Olive Oil:1 Tablespoon
    • Mixed Salad Greens (Lettuce, Spinach, Arugula, Etc.): 4 Cups
    • Sliced Grilled Chicken (From Above): 1 Cup
    • Cherry Tomatoes, Halved: 1 Cup
    • Sliced Strawberries: 1 Cup
    • Blueberries: 1/2 Cup
    • Sliced Apples: 1/2 Cup
    • Crumbled Feta Cheese: 1/2 Cup
    • Sliced Almonds: 1/4 Cup
    • Salt and pepper: As per taste

Instructions

  • 1 Grill the Chicken
    • 1 Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
    • 2 Prepare Chicken: Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and season both sides with salt and pepper.
    • 3 Grill Chicken: Place the chicken breasts on the preheated grill. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is cooked through. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.
    • 4 Slice Chicken: Once rested, slice the grilled chicken breasts into thin strips.
  • 2 Assemble the Salad
    • 1 Prepare Ingredients: Wash and dry the salad greens. Wash and slice the cherry tomatoes, strawberries, and apples.
    • 2 Layer Salad: In a large salad bowl or individual serving plates, layer the mixed salad greens. Top with sliced grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, sliced strawberries, blueberries, sliced apples, crumbled feta cheese, and sliced almonds.
