Ingredients

  • Ingredients for KFC Extra Crispy Chicken Tenders
    • Chicken breasts, boneless, skinless : 4
    • Large eggs : 2
    • Buttermilk : 1 Cup
    • Flour : 2 Cup
    • Hot Sauce : 1 Teaspoon
    • Garlic powder : 1/8 Teaspoon
    • Paprika : 1/8 Teaspoon
    • Pepper : 3/4 Teaspoon
    • Salt : 2 Teaspoon
    • Baking powder : 1/8 Teaspoon
    • Canola oil

Instructions

  • 1 Direction to make KFC Extra Crispy Chicken Tenders
    • 1 Take the chicken breasts and cut each of them into 4 chicken tenders. Prepare the marinade by mixing the buttermilk and hot sause in a bowl. Put the chicken tenders into the marinade and let them sit in it for alteast 30 minutes.
    • 2 In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs. Combine the flour and spices in a separate bowl. Dip the marinated chicken tenders in the flour and spice mixture, then in the egg mixture, and then in the flour and spice mixture again.
    • 3 Before placing the tenders on a baking sheet, shake off any excess flour. Repeat with each chicken tender.
    • 4 Heat the canola oil in a 3-inch-deep dutch oven to 350 degrees F. Fry the chicken tenders in the hot oil for 5 to 7 minutes, or until golden brown.
    • 5 Serve hot with any dip of your choice.
