Ingredients

  • Ingredients for fresh homemade McDonald's Cheeseburger
    • Dried onion flakes: 1 tablespoon
    • Boiling water: 10 ml
    • Ground beef (If possible use extremely lean ground beef for this, like 5% fat kind): 1/2 cup
    • Plain hamburger bun: 1 whole piece
    • Salt: as per taste
    • Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoon
    • Yellow mustard: 1/2 teaspoon
    • Dill pickle: Sour 1 slice
    • Fresh American cheese: 2 slices

Instructions

  • 1 Direction To prepare McDonald's Cheeseburger At home
    • 1 Mix the dried onion with the boiling water and let sit until rehydrated and no longer dry & crunchy.
    • 2 Then we have to roll down the ground beef into a ball and press flat on waxed paper until about 1/8 inch thick.
    • 3 Brown the faces of the bun in a dry frying pan over medium heat. Remove the bun and cook the burger in the same pan for 2 min per side, salting each side lightly during cooking.
    • 4 Then on the top, we have to spread the ketchup, mustard, and onion, in the order, and top up with the pickle slice.
    • 5 Put the prepared beef patty on the centre of the bun and quickly close the top and bottom together.
    • 6 Microwave the burger on high for 15 seconds.
