Ingredients for fresh homemade McDonald's Hamburger
- Ground Beef (80% Lean): 1/4 Pound
- Hamburger bun: 1
- American cheese: 1 slice
- Finely Chopped Onion: 1 Tablespoon
- Mayonnaise: 1 tablespoon
- Ketchup: 1 tablespoon
- Yellow Mustard: 1 teaspoon
- Pickle slices: 1-2
- Shredded lettuce (optional)
- Sliced tomato (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

1 Direction To prepare McDonald's Hamburger At home
- 1 Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat until it's hot.
- 2 Divide the ground beef into two equal portions and shape each into a flat patty, roughly the size of the hamburger bun.
- 3 Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the patties to season them.
- 4 Place the patties on the preheated skillet or griddle and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- 5 During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of American cheese on one of the patties to melt.
- 6 While the patties are cooking, toast the hamburger bun on the skillet for about 1-2 minutes until it's lightly golden and warm.
- 7 In a small bowl, mix the finely chopped onion, mayonnaise, ketchup, and yellow mustard to create the sauce.
- 8 Assemble the homemade McDonald's hamburger by placing one cooked patty with melted cheese on the bottom bun.
- 9 Spread a portion of the sauce over the cheese-topped patty.
