Ingredients

  • Ingredients for fresh homemade McDonald's Hamburger
    • Ground Beef (80% Lean): 1/4 Pound
    • Hamburger bun: 1
    • American cheese: 1 slice
    • Finely Chopped Onion: 1 Tablespoon
    • Mayonnaise: 1 tablespoon
    • Ketchup: 1 tablespoon
    • Yellow Mustard: 1 teaspoon
    • Pickle slices: 1-2
    • Shredded lettuce (optional)
    • Sliced tomato (optional)
    • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • 1 Direction To prepare McDonald's Hamburger At home
    • 1 Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat until it's hot.
    • 2 Divide the ground beef into two equal portions and shape each into a flat patty, roughly the size of the hamburger bun.
    • 3 Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the patties to season them.
    • 4 Place the patties on the preheated skillet or griddle and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
    • 5 During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of American cheese on one of the patties to melt.
