Ingredients

  • Peanut oil
  • 3 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 cup all purpose flour

Instructions

  • 1 In a mixing bowl, add chicken, pickle juice and milk. Mix them so that juice coats the chicken pieces well. Also, heat the oil in a frying pan.
  • 2 Now, combine all other ingredients in a bowl and mix properly.
  • 3 Drain the marinade juice from the chicken pieces.
  • 4 Now, drop those pieces in the breadcrumbs mixture, coat well on both sides and add to the frying pan.
  • 5 Cook them in small batches at a constant temperature until the chicken is golden brown.
