Ingredients
- Peanut oil
- 3 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 cup dill pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- ½ cup whole milk
- 1 cup all purpose flour
Instructions

1 In a mixing bowl, add chicken, pickle juice and milk. Mix them so that juice coats the chicken pieces well. Also, heat the oil in a frying pan.

2 Now, combine all other ingredients in a bowl and mix properly.

3 Drain the marinade juice from the chicken pieces.

4 Now, drop those pieces in the breadcrumbs mixture, coat well on both sides and add to the frying pan.

5 Cook them in small batches at a constant temperature until the chicken is golden brown.
